This is a very simple filter that allows to cut the initial image into thin and transparent layers. In order for these lines not to be black, put the initial fragment on the third line of assembling ruler, use the filter PAN Strip and turn on Transparency of alpha channel. The parameters of this filter are so simple that their description seems to be unnecessary.
