Maelstorm effects

This effect lets you make an impressive transition from one image to another through a whirlpool. Specify a spot on your image, and a powerful water tornado will start from there. Gradually growing, it will eventually "wash off" the image. Finally only the image lying under it will remain on the screen. Water whirlpool parameters can all be adjusted.
